1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Viral Hunter (the "Service") at viral-hunter-sigma.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Viral Hunter is a digital SaaS product that provides tools to discover, analyze, and derive insights from publicly available Instagram Reel content, including AI-assisted analysis and content ideation. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. We sell software access — not physical goods.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, pricing & billing

We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page (currently Free, and Pro at ₹2,499/month in India or $29/month internationally when USD checkout is enabled). Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Features and limits may change; material changes will be reflected on the website.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel Pro from Billing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate Instagram or Meta terms
  • Do not attempt to access private or non-public content
  • Do not abuse AI, scraping, or API endpoints
  • AI-generated output is for inspiration — you are responsible for what you publish
  • Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by the operator of Viral Hunter. Instagram content metadata remains subject to Instagram/Meta policies and the rights of original creators.

8. Disclaimer

Viral scores and AI analyses are heuristic estimates, not guarantees of performance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Data may be delayed or incomplete depending on third-party providers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid subscription is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.
